Who khows forsure what it was because it can also be an alien but its indeed bizarre. I had also seen this video way back like two yrs ago on that tv news with my parents and had also seen that video were the figure was flying later on a website. My dad use to tell us stories about what he believe were witches that his dad will see at night flying like this yellowish glowing lights when he will come at night in this on this high mountain like mine were he work.
I heard its a witch, a ballon, and Von Helton on You tube keeps screaming its a reptilian.
